Cabin/(Hotel Room) Service Center
Cabin/(Hotel Room) Service Center (CSC) is a program that makes it easy to report services needed for a cabin/room. Reporting of a service is easily made from either a telephone or a computer. To manage the services there is a responsive web interface that provides comprehensive access to the data. For follow up purposes it is possible to see statistics and print out reports and also export this data to Microsoft Excel. The program has been developed in close connection to the people working with it to make it as easy as possible to use.
The new version of CSC is automatically updating the list of services and shows the new services with a slightly different color. Also it shows the current number of services on each category before the user login to the system.
